# Expert Services

### What is Whiffle Expert Services?

Whiffle Wind gives you self-service access to fast, physics-based wind simulations. Whiffle Expert Services puts our own Large Eddy Simulation specialists and wind resource analysts to work to unlock the full power of the Whiffle LES model for your specific project. Where Whiffle Wind gets you standard results fast, Expert Services gets you tailored answers to your hardest wind energy related questions.

### How do you request Expert Services?

There are two options to request Expert Services:

* Reach out to our expert team directly: **<support@whiffle.nl>**
* Set up your standard simulation in Whiffle Wind and submit it '**via support**' with your special request.

After receiving your request we'll scope the right mix of expertise for your project and get you a tailor made proposal.

### What can you ask us to do?

* **Custom simulation setups** such as very large domains, custom terrain inputs, custom (statistically representative) simulation periods. For the full range of options, check [setting up a simulation](/getting-started/running-a-simulation.md).
* **Custom simulation outputs** such as additional variables, calibration of outputs and advanced visualizations. For all possibilities, check [Custom outputs](/outputs/custom-outputs.md).
* **Measurement Campaign Augmentation**: Optimize your measurement campaign, extend your measurement in time and space, LiDAR corrections and more. See [Measurement Campaign Augmentation](/use-cases/measurement-campaign-augmentation.md) for all details.

* **Turbine Interaction Effects**: Wind farm performance and turbine level turbine interaction effects, including internal wake losses, external wake losses and blockage effect.
